CDR Technician and Data Analyst Certification Training Series
You may register for either the Technician course, Analyst Certification course or both on line or by mail or fax. When registering by mail or fax, we do not accept credit card numbers, credit cards can only be used to register on line below.
Online Registration:
Register directly online with a credit card using
our secure merchant server, PayPal. PayPal is the secure server service we use
to clear credit card payments on line, we do not accept credit card numbers via
fax, email or phone. As you complete the payment information, select the class
you're registering for from the list, only open classes are available and listed closed classes will not be listed. You may register
more than person by adding registrations then proceeding to the "cart" to
complete the registration process where you can add or remove the number of
registrants being submitted. You'll receive a registration confirmation and
tuition receipt from both PayPal and CSI via email.
Please choose one of the following online registration options:
Use this option to register for the CDR Technician course only (Use the pull down menu to select the appropriate course location)
Use this option to register for CDR Analyst Certification course only. Selecting this option assumes you have read and understand the prerequisite for this class. (Use the pull down menu to select the appropriate course location)
Use this option to register for both the Technician and CDR Analyst Certification series at the open location available on the pull down menu. (Use the pull down menu to select the appropriate course location)

You may register by mail or FAX with a government Purchase Order or a check for the full tuition. Please use the downloadable PDF registration form, printing clearly the information requested.

purchase of a CDR System.
NOTE: Courses fill fast and registration closes on line without further notice. This course offering is often sold out prior to the end of the normal registration period. Seats in the classes will be confirmed on a first-come-first reserved basis. Seats are confirmed as registered with a full registration payment or an approved and signed government purchase order.
